are my folders saved in the "server" somewhere that i can access? should i try an use an old version of thunderbird? any advice (in laymans terms) would be appreciated very much :) Im not very IT savvy, but i believe ive followed the instructions properly. But 95% of the stuff i still cant upload. I did manage to get a couple of my historical email folders to appear, and some sent items from years ago.
ive made new profiles and tried to upload my old profiles and nothing works. Ive tried loading one profile folder, the other, then both and all other variations. I have been with Thunderbird for more than 10 years and saved hundreds of emails in various email folders. Im really worried that Ive lost my whole history of emails. put thunderbird back on, however the new version of Thunderbird doesnt seem to want to migrate my files back.
