Don't stay here if you don't want a headache … Went back to see what can be done as I needed a room my little boy and I. They didn't even do a a reversal to release my funds, now I have to wait 3 days to have the funds available on my card. So I called and Not only was it not even a preauthorization. Total jerk about it, and dismissed me telling me to call my card company. So I returened to ask why they charged my card without even telling me so, and not giving me a receipt of any kind. And the kicker, was I had to find out when I tried checking in to the next hotel. Well low and behold they still charged my card well over the amount that I saw in the screen maxing out my card and leaving me stranded.

My card was in the reader but I didn't accept/insert pin to approve. As I was going to take the room, I changed my mind because the charge was higher than we discussed.
